This applied to all models of Incon TS-XXXX ATGs
TS-750, TS-1001, TS-2001
***IMPORTANT NOTE ***
When settings the time on these Incon ATGs, the ATG gets set to programming mode until the time and date are set, then taken out of programming mode.
Going into programming mode will cause any tank tests to abort if they are in process. Be sure that the time set command is set outside of any time window that the ATG to set to run static tank leak tests or they will be aborted.
The serial settings must be data bits - 8, parity - None, data bits -1
MyTankInfo supports Native Mode Protocol (allows the retrieval of SCALD Tank Test Data)
SCALD (Statistical Continuous Automatic Leak Detection)
The Incon can do VR Mode emulation, but SCALD Tests are not available in this protocol
If using the serial cable provided by MyTankInfo (DB25M to DB9F Null Modem)
- COM1 will require a gender changer (M2M)
- COM2 will require a Null Modem Adapter
if using DB25M to DB9M (Straight)
- COM1 will require Null Modem
- COM2 will require a gender changer (F2F)
USB to DB9 Cable used with SC1110 Device
- COM1 No adapter needed
- COM2 DB9 FtoF Null Modem mini adapter
TS1000 Specifics (very old!!)
